Hatbill park is located off of state road 46 in Brevard county. The public park is 15 acres and has a variety of wildlife including alligators, songbirds, duck, swallows, heron, owl, turkey and egrets. Kayaking the different streams that flow towards the St. Johns river makes a beautiful outing, the only downside is the air boats that can come up quickly making it hard to get out of the way on some of the narrow streams . Fishing is some of the best with bass, sunfish, catfish and other fresh water fish. Primitive camping is allowed on the weekends by permit (call 321-254-5037 for camping permits)
